Founded: 2001 Fairlop Oak Playing Field, Forest Road, Hainault The GGCCE are proud sponsors of Spartans football club with one of our Trustees Leon Georgiou being the current Chairman.  Formed in 2001, Spartans are the only KOPA side to represent the Cypriot Community of East London. After propping up the KOPA 2nd Division for their first four years, the club underwent something of a transformation under the guidance of  Chairman, Leon Georgiou. Spartans have competed well in the last two seasons: Their final tallies of 21 and 22 points respectively, are a far cry from their previous best of 9.
