Pilates
Pilates has proved to be one of our member’s favourite classes.

Pilates and Wellbeing Classes
We hold Wellbeing and Pilates classes every Wednesday and Thursday in Community House.
If you are interested please call our office on 0208 373 6299 and speak to Stephanie. Classes currently cost £2 per session.

Wellbeing - Wednesday 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Pilates Beginners - Wednesday7:30 pm - 08:30 pm
Pilates Intermediate - Wednesday 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Pilates Advanced - Thursday 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
